There is an NPC hidden somewhere in Madrigal that sells Summer Plants for a small amount of Penya.
You can upgrade your Summer Plants item with Moonstones up to +10; however, Safe Upgrade and Protection scrolls have no effect on this item. This means if the item upgrade fails, it is lost.
